BioPlus is one of our high-end models that we recommend for storage of the most delicate biomaterials - in situations where little deviations inside the cabinet can have consequences for the content and where temperature and humidity are of utmost importance.

With BioPlus, all our competencies have been invested, and the long list of features resulted in the most reliable refrigerator and freezer in the market. To protect the delicate items inside the cabinet, our specially designed air-distribution system makes sure the temperature inside the cabinet always remains stable, while using the minimum amount of energy.

In addition, the system reduces internal relative humidity, thereby reducing the likelihood of undesirable contaminants getting near the delicate biomaterials.

We often experience everyday life being the biggest cause of temperature fluctuations inside the cabinet, e.g. forgetting to close the cabinet properly. To give our users peace of mind, we have equipped BioPlus with door alarms as well as an automatic closing mechanism.

Under surveillance

The MPC unit is specially developed for users of BioLine storage cabinets. Placed on the top panel, the user easily operates the control that includes acoustic/visual door- and temperature alarms that can be programmed individually with alarm recording and offset function.

In addition, the BioPlus comes with extra sensor for providing a temperature reference within the storage compartment as well as an access port for e.g. external temperature surveillance.

Built to specification

The BioPlus comes in several sizes - deep and wide models - making it possible to fully utilise the potential storage space. To use the full capacity of the cabinet, the layout of each cabinet is built to specification based on customer requirements. Our wide range of versatile interior fittings secure optimum storage and if needs change, the layout is easily adjusted.

When it comes to performance, BioPlus is designed to provide the very best results even under exceptional conditions, while using the minimum amount of energy. The BioPlus uses environmentally responsible HFC-free refrigerants as well as HFC-free foam propellants.

All BioPlus models comply with ATEX Cat.3 Zone 2 requirements, both internal and externally, allowing for placement in locations where explosive gas atmospheres may be present.
