As of 1st of January 2023 Gram BioLine will change ownership to “Gram Scientific Aps” from “Gram Commercial, filial af Hoshizaki Europe BV”.

As of 1st of January 2023 Gram BioLine will change ownership to “Gram Scientific Aps” from “Gram Commercial, filial af Hoshizaki Europe BV”.

Gram Scientific Aps will assume ownership of all Gram BioLine’s market activities as well as administration, R&D and manufacturing in Vojens, Denmark.

The new and independent ownership will work with an even greater focus on the Gram BioLine core values and make sure customers will experience an unchanged Gram BioLine. Gram BioLine will retain its current structure and cross-sections to the market and continue providing Biostorage you can depend on from the current facilities in Denmark.
