Standard terms for sales and delivery
The following Standard Terms of sales and delivery shall apply to all offers, sales and deliveries by the Supplier- also in cases where the Buyer stipulates other terms and conditions. Any deviation from the following Standard Terms of sales and delivery shall only be valid subject to the written consent of the supplier.
