How We Achieved This:
Our success is rooted in a holistic approach to how we use and reuse energy. We have focused on optimizing how energy is utilized in our factory by implementing advanced energy management systems and adopting sustainable practices, thereby ensuring it is used as responsibly and efficiently as possible. A special focus has been to retain the energy that we draw for the longest possible duration, reusing it effectively, in different parts of our manufacturing facility.

We identified energy-intensive machines and processes and replaced them with energy-efficient alternatives wherever possible. When an energy-efficient replacement was not available, we implemented energy regeneration initiatives to reuse the energy in other parts of the manufacturing process. These initiatives set the bar for our approach on responsible energy use.

By implementing targeted initiatives, we have achieved significant reductions. Among the many projects completed, these stand out as the most impactful:

• May 2022: Encapsulation of tool sections for cabinet foam led to a 22% reduction.
  
  
• August 2022: Installation of a new compressor with heat recovery achieved a 12% reduction.
  
  
• January 2023: Heat pump installation on the tool section for Maxi cabinet foam resulted in a 9% reduction.
  
  
• February 2023: Compact door foam combined with compressor heat recovery delivered a 15% reduction.
