Gram BioLine is taking another step towards a more sustainable future with the publication of our first ESG-report. The report highlights our efforts within environment(E), social responsibility(S) and governance(G) and marks the beginning of a more structured and transparent approach to sustainability.
A solid foundation for sustainable development
With over 124 years of experience in the business of refrigeration, Gram BioLine has always valued responsibility as a core principle. Our ESG-report documents our initiatives, that we have already set in motion, including our goals for CO₂ reduction, energy efficiency, and extended product lifespan.
Concrete action towards 2030-goals
Our first report outlines our 2030-goals, including:
- Decrease CO₂ emissions by 100% in Scope 1 and 2.
- Decrease CO₂ emissions by 30% in Scope 3.
- Improve product recyclability.
- Extend product lifetime to 15 years.
Our first ESG, with 2023 serving as our baseline year, is just the beginning. We are dedicated to ESG, to sustainability and taking even more responsibility, this is evident in our strategic goals for 2030. From achieving carbon neutrality in Scope 1 and 2 emissions, reducing Scope 3 emissions by 30%, and expanding the lifespan of our products, to fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce and strengthening our supplier relationships, we are taking meaningful actions that align with our sense of responsibility.
