A huge thank you to everyone in our service and after-sales teams for setting the bar this high — and keeping it there.

 

Over a decade ago, we thought we were already great at customer service. While it wasn’t terrible, we were made aware, in no uncertain terms, that there was definite room for improvement. And so began our venture in improving ourselves.


The biggest hurdle was not SOPs, flow diagrams or big metrics to pursue.

 

It is culture.
Culture is ingrained.
Culture is what carries you.
Culture is habit.

 

A culture of wanting to be the best. It shapes us, leads us, and defines us. This milestone isn’t an endpoint. It’s a benchmark for what comes next.
