With the addition of the GLP application moniker, we strive to clarify which of our product ranges are appropriate for the storage of GLP-relevant studies, ensuring the ability to replicate tests consistently, with the ultimate goal to ensure human and environmental safety.

BioUltra

The BioUltra is our ultra-low-temperature cabinet, designed to meet exceptional expectations for safe storage. It has a powerful bottom mounted cascade refrigeration system, vacuum insulated panel technology and safe closing system constituted by multi-tier gaskets placed in a labyrinth frame.

BioMidi

Scoping GLP

The Principles of Good Laboratory Practice should be applied to the non-clinical safety testing of test items contained in pharmaceutical products, pesticide products, cosmetic products, veterinary drugs as well as food additives, feed additives, and industrial chemicals.

Unless exempt by legislation, Non-clinical health and environmental safety studies covered by the Principles of Good Laboratory Practice include work conducted in the laboratory, in greenhouses, and in the field.

The principles of Good Laboratory Practice apply to all non-clinical health and environmental safety studies, for the purpose of registering or licensing of: Pharmaceuticals, Pesticides, Food additives, Animal feed additives, Cosmetics, Veterinary drug products, Biocides and Industrial chemicals.

  • Prime focus of GLP systems are safety and respect to human health and/or the environment.
  • Tests are often synthetic chemicals, but can be natural or biological and living organisms.
